GTC Solutions processes personal data as controller when you contact us, request a quote or browse this website. We act as processor only when a signed contract says so for a client project.
Data we collect
From the contact form: name, email, company, message and the division you selected. Automatically: language preference, cookie choices, and technical logs needed to run the site (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for a limited time.
Why we use it
- Reply to your request and follow up on a project.
- Send service information you asked for — never unsolicited bulk marketing without consent.
- Keep the site secure and measure essential traffic if you accept analytics cookies.
- Comply with accounting and legal obligations.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange, or longer if a contract or dispute requires it. Technical logs are rotated on a shorter cycle.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be shared with hosting, email and (if you accept them) analytics providers, or with GT Connect / GTC Software teams who need it to answer you. Transfers outside your country are limited to what the service requires.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR for EEA visitors), you may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to contact@mygtcsolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
