Scope
These terms govern use of the GTC Solutions website and, unless a signed proposal says otherwise, the framework for hardware, software, marketing and consulting services we quote.
Website use
You may browse, share links and contact us in good faith. You must not attack the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse forms (spam, false identity). We may suspend access that harms the service.
Quotes and projects
- Work starts after written acceptance of a proposal.
- A proposal is valid for 15 days unless another period is stated.
- Deliverables, timeline and price are those in the signed document.
- Client content (copy, images, data) remains the client’s responsibility; you warrant you have the rights to supply it.
Payments
Invoices follow the schedule in the proposal (typically a deposit then balance on agreed milestones). Late payment may pause delivery. Intellectual property in custom work transfers only after full payment, unless the contract states otherwise.
Hardware and OEM
GT Connect product availability, certification and lead times depend on manufacturers and logistics. Specifications in a quote prevail over marketing pages.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GTC Solutions is not liable for indirect loss (lost profit, data or business interruption) arising from website use. For contracted work, liability is capped as set out in the proposal.
Governing law
Disputes are handled in good faith first. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction for European engagements and Saudi courts for engagements centred on the Kingdom, unless the contract designates another forum.
